Refund policy

A User who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without providing a reason by submitting an appropriate declaration within 14 days, in accordance with the law.

To meet the deadline, the Consumer only needs to submit the declaration to the Operator before the deadline expires.

Exclusion of the Right to Withdraw

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in relation to agreements:

a) For the provision of services for which the Consumer is required to pay a price, if the Operator has fully performed the service with the Consumer’s express and prior consent, and the Consumer was informed before the service commenced that they would lose the right to withdraw once the Operator has completed the service, and they have acknowledged this.
