The Operator provides advisory and support services for the processing and verification of electronic travel authorization applications for Bali via its website.

The assistance includes support in completing and submitting applications for the Bali Tourist Levy. The service fee covers professional assistance, application review and submission, as well as all mandatory government charges.

Liability
The Operator shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the user due to incomplete, incorrect, or omitted data provided by the user, which negatively affects the processing of the application.

The Operator is not responsible for any damages resulting from a decision made by a customs or immigration officer in Bali after boarding a plane or ship. Furthermore, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from a decision to deny or revoke entry to Bali. The Operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service provided.

Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected by the Operator (Data Controller) is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Since users provide their personal data voluntarily, they have the right to:

  • access their personal data,

  • rectify their data,

  • delete their data,

  • restrict processing,

  • transfer their data,

  • object to processing,

  • withdraw consent at any time.

Intellectual Property
All rights related to the Online Service, including copyrights and intellectual property rights to the name, domain, website content, forms, and logos, are the property of the Operator and may only be used as specified and in accordance with the Terms of Service. Any unauthorized use or distribution without the owner’s consent is strictly prohibited.

Chargeback Notice
By using our services, you agree to comply with our refund policy and terms of service. Initiating a chargeback outside the defined terms constitutes a breach of these conditions.

We treat chargeback fraud seriously and may report suspicious disputes to payment processors and relevant authorities. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of entry to the destination country and may lead to criminal and civil liability.
